About Me
I am Nino kirtava, a Vivero Digital Fellow at Grinnell College, where I work at the intersection of digital scholarship and storytelling.
As a Vivero fellow, I contribute to the Totally Bananas! podcast, a digital humanities project developed in collaboration with faculty member Paul Hutchison and a tutorial class led by him.
The podcast, along with the class, explores global histories, political economies, and cultural narratives around bananas. My work on the podcast includes helping students with technical issues, audio editing, documentation, and website development. Through this project, I am developing technical skills in digital media production and hope to gain skills in website development.
