This semester, my main focus as a Vivero Fellow is to develop stronger skills in using Audacity for podcast editing and WordPress for creating websites that support audio, especially as they relate to digital storytelling. I want to move beyond basic use of these tools and become more confident in using them intentionally to support student projects and my own digital work.
With WordPress, my goal is to improve my ability to design and manage clear, accessible, and sustainable sites. I want to learn how to make thoughtful layout and structure decisions as well as explore various plugins rather than relying heavily on beginner-friendly features and templates.
To achieve these goals, I plan to practice regularly, experiment independently, and apply what I learn directly to active projects.
