Today we learned a lot. From meeting new and experienced Vivero fellows to learning about cPanel and WordPress I found today very interesting and productive.
I am excited to start training and learn more. I also filled out my project interest form and am eager to receive information about what project I will be working on. I also created a subdomain which didn’t work so I installed the WordPress site on my main domain hopefully, I will change that at some point.

I am Nino kirtava, a Vivero Digital Fellow at Grinnell College, where I work at the intersection of digital scholarship and storytelling.
As a Vivero fellow, I contribute to the Totally Bananas! podcast, a digital humanities project developed in collaboration with faculty member Paul Hutchison and a tutorial class led by him.
The podcast, along with the class, explores global histories, political economies, and cultural narratives around bananas. My work on the podcast includes helping students with technical issues, audio editing, documentation, and website development. Through this project, I am developing technical skills in digital media production and hope to gain skills in website development.
